What I Do
I bring manufacturers, service providers and OEMs together for a mutually beneficial sourcing relationship. Working with engineering, purchasing, and management, I deep dive into the application or project to uncover help build consensus about optimal spec conformity, quality, delivery, and cost benefit outcomes. alternate what is needed and/or cost-downs. Lastly, if my client-manufacturer and I think we have rationale to offer an alternate supplier we make a proposal. Some times the manufacturer finds out that their current supplier remains the best choice.
I am committed to communicating with supplier and customer so that everyone is on the same page. If our proposal moves forward, I don’t get in the way. Both parties can work directly with each other on all matters of placing orders, product changes, engineering support, quality, and invoicing. I stay in the loop, ready to jump in and do whatever is necessary. If the seller is a great distance away, I can localize the support.
